Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This is an opportunity to join a great team with an amazing culture
Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities
- All phases of Accounts Payable including review and verification of invoice submissions, daily data entry, weekly check run and ACH payment processing and filing
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and general ledger
- Month-end accrual journal entries and posting to general ledger
- Year-end 1099’s
- Special projects as requested by management
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years General Ledger accounting experience in a multi-company environment
- ACCPAC experience preferred
- Excellent calculator and computer skills including email, MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work to meet strict deadlines and execute tasks with great attention to detail, accuracy, speed, and efficiency
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
