Powur is looking for experienced solar sales professionals who know how to sell in California. This is a 100% commission, independent contractor role — not a salaried position. If you're a proven closer who wants to keep more of what you earn, this is built for you. The Role This is a 100% commission independent contractor position. There is no base salary, no draws, and no guarantees — your income is entirely tied to your performance. In exchange, you keep a substantially higher share of revenue than you would at a traditional solar company, with no income ceiling. Sell residential solar — you set your own schedule and run your own pipeline Use Powur's AI-powered platform for proposals, site surveys, permitting, and project tracking Close deals virtually or in person — 100% remote-capable Build a team and unlock 6-level revenue-share overrides if you choose to scale Compensation All compensation is commission-based. There is no base pay. Keep 70–80% of revenue on every deal High performing active reps can earn over $150,000.00 in their first 12 months Top performers earn $750K+ plus six-figure equity grants M1 milestone bonuses up to $2,500 per install milestone Equity stock options starting with your first install Vested equity that continues to grow over time Who We're Looking For You must have direct solar sales experience to be considered for this role.
