Remote Immigration Attorney Qualifications
- 5+ years high-volume business immigration experience including H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, and full PERM processes.
- Proven experience independently managing client accounts, mentoring junior legal staff, and advising startups/entrepreneurs on complex visa strategies.
- Ability to work from Chicago for initial onboarding followed by quarterly visits
