To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time Managing Immigration Attorney will lead a team focused on extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa matters, ensuring quality and coaching junior attorneys while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and manage a pod, overseeing the production and quality of EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A cases Provide senior-level review and strategic guidance on cases before filing, setting high standards for the team Develop and mentor consulting and production attorneys, fostering talent retention and growth within the pod Required qualifications J.D. and active U.S. bar admission 10+ years of experience in extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories, with expertise in broader business immigration Proven track record of leading and developing attorneys, focusing on team performance outcomes Strong judgment in case strategy and quality assessment Experience in a high-growth environment with accountability for team throughput and quality
