Mid-Level Helpdesk & IT Support Specialist
Cognizance Technologies LLC
Cognizance Technologies, LLC is seeking a mid-level Helpdesk Specialist in Silver Spring, MD. The role focuses on intake, triage, and queue management across ServiceNow queues, email, Teams, and phone to ensure timely resolution.
You will handle Tier 0–2 support, coordinate with SMEs, maintain documentation, and uphold SLA-driven responses. A 3–5 year background in enterprise support is preferred.
