Snapshot / Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior HVAC Facilities Director in Honolulu to lead a multi-site service operation, keep building systems performing, and grow the business across commercial and institutional facilities.

Impact

• Deliver HVAC service across many sites at a consistently high standard.
• Lead teams to strong client satisfaction and financial results.
• Shape maintenance strategy and capital planning for mechanical assets.
• Build the infrastructure to scale service and develop the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the service division: field teams, dispatch, and technical support.
• Own the departmental P&L, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin.
• Lead preventive maintenance, reliability, and energy efficiency strategy.
• Partner with executives on strategic planning, capital improvements, and workforce scaling.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with codes, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendors, service agreements, and procurement standards.
• Run the operation on clear KPIs.

Must-Haves

• Senior leadership of a multi-site commercial HVAC service operation with P&L ownership.
• A record of building technician teams and service infrastructure.
• Strong command of compliance, safety, and environmental requirements.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Hawaii's facilities market.
• Capital planning for institutional owners.
