Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic geographic awareness and familiarity with maps and directions
• Experience with logistics, transportation, or construction environments
• Comfortable working with structured data and repetitive processes
• Experience working with vendors or external partners

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience using mapping tools like Google Maps or satellite imagery
• Familiarity with routing, freight, or shipping logistics
• Previous exposure to vendor management or procurement processes

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
