Program Assistant / Project Coordinator / Program Support

Job Responsibilities Perform intake, validation, and quality control of invoices submitted by third-party vendors Verify data accuracy and ensure all required fields and documentation are complete Cross-check numbers, calculations, and program measures for compliance Maintain organized records of processed invoices and supporting documentation Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies Ensure timely processing of invoices in alignment with program timelines Utilize systems and tools (including Excel and SAP) for data tracking and reporting Follow established procedures for program compliance and documentation standards Support general program coordination and administrative tasks as needed Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Data validation and quality control Invoice processing and analysis Organizational and time management skills Strong communication (oral and written) Ability to work independently and manage priorities Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2+ years of experience in program support, project coordination, or administrative roles with invoicing focus Experience with invoice processing, data validation, and quality control Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a structured environment Experience working in corporate or large organizational settings Education/Experience High school diploma required.
