Construction Accounting Assistant: Billing & Payroll
USA Renovations - A Nationwide Polished Concrete & Ceiling Restoration Company
USA Renovations is seeking a Construction Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations at our Dallas area job sites. You will help manage accounts payable/receivable, process payroll inputs, and assist with client billing and job-cost reporting. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years bookkeeping or administrative experience, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
