Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Fluent in both English and a secondary language, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide customer care and benefit enrollment services for the Health Texas project via telephone and web-based portals, starting with on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Answer incoming customer inquiries through various channels while adhering to performance standards and confidentiality requirements Provide accurate information about programs and services to consumers and track all customer interactions in applicable systems Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking customers and escalate complex issues to designated staff as needed Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent education and experience Fluency in English and a specified secondary language is mandatory Proficiency in managing high-volume calls and strong organizational skills Ability to work any 8-hour shift Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Central Time) Must pass a bilingual assessment and complete initial on-site training
