Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of concerns, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Creating personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and needs.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Continuously evaluating client needs and modifying treatment approaches as necessary to improve outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Harbor Therapy Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, with unlimited earning potential for dedicated therapists.
