The Global Brand Experience team brings these brands to life at events and partner environments. Position Summary This 12‑month fixed‑term role involves operating as an Operations Specialist on the GBX team, providing comprehensive support to GBX leaders and partners across the organization. What You'll Do Provide high‑quality support to GBX Directors and Senior Directors, managing demanding schedules and handling time‑sensitive matters with a high degree of decision quality. Support the GBX leadership team to streamline operational priorities. Act as the operational bridge between GBX and partner teams (Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Procurement, Creative Strategy) for operational planning and budget management. Prepare strategic presentations, operational updates, and executive briefings to facilitate informed decision‑making. Assist with event production as needed. Coordinate and manage special administrative projects, using project‑management techniques for event planning, research, and presentation preparation while partnering with cross‑functional teams. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional ability to build trusting, strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders. Exhibits leadership qualities that inspire excellence in others. Outstanding attention to detail and strong written communication skills. Tech‑savviness with proficiency in G‑suite, Slack, Zoom, and Mac. Resilience to navigate competing priorities and constant change. Utilizes project‑management techniques to lead complex projects. Demonstrates a desire to learn and displays creativity in problem‑solving. Maintains high professional integrity and confidentiality. Efficiently manages and prioritizes executives’ inboxes, ensuring timely responses and flagging critical communications. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Five or more years as an executive assistant or related role. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multiple leaders. Experience in a technology or fast‑paced environment. Compensation In the United States, locations are assigned pay zones that determine salary ranges. Pay for this role is within the following ranges based on location: Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $51.44–$77.40 hourly. Zone B: $49.03–$73.55 hourly. Zone C: $43.75–$65.86 hourly.
