International Investment Bank seeks a Bilingual Japanese Administrative Assistant who will be supporting their Sales team. This is a 6-month temporary role and has a possibility of becoming a permanent. Responsibilities include arranging travels, meetings, lunches, and other events, managing expenses, making photo copies of documents and organizing materials, ordering office supplies, answering phone calls in a professional manner, and performing other administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements: Bilingual Japanese/English (Read/Write/Speak), 1-3 years experience as administrative assistant, college degree, excellent communication skills, excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, time management skills, attention to details, team-worker. In order to commute to the Midtown office, COVID full vaccination status is required.
