Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and formulate individualized therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines.

• Engage collaboratively with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care for clients, facilitating referrals and follow-ups.

• Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a healthy compensation package, we provide:
