Registered Nurse - ICU (Travel) in Sonora, California. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group following established standards and the nursing process.
- Collect relevant data, monitor and analyze assessments, and identify care issues; develop and implement a care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and adjust care as needed in collaboration with the care team.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; delegate appropriately and supervise bedside nursing staff.
- Participate in discharge planning, provide patient and family education, and promote a safe, healing environment.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and adjust plans to ensure quality and safety.

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license in California; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR accepted per policy; ACLS and PALS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS) certifications required; BLS certification via approved vendor required.
- Education: BSN is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in an acute/ICU setting.
- Additional: Ability to work in a hospital environment on a 3x12 night schedule; good clinical judgment and strong collaboration skills.
