YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION

As a Paralegal at Flanagan Law, you'll play an essential role in moving personal injury cases forward from intake through resolution. You'll help ensure each client feels heard, informed, and confident throughout their journey — because the best outcomes come from trust and communication. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes real ownership of their work, and understands that what they do every day directly impacts the lives of people who have been through something hard. You won't be a number here. You'll be a vital member of a small, purpose-driven team where your contributions matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pre-Litigation Support Manage client correspondence and ensure every client feels informed and cared for throughout their case. Request and organize medical records, bills, and other case documentation. Draft and prepare demand packages with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and third parties on behalf of clients. Maintain detailed, up-to-date case notes and documentation in Clio. Track time accurately and consistently. Participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate, align on priorities, and keep every case on track. Support the COO and attorney with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
