A-1 Affordable Construction is a family-owned home-service company established in 1985. With more than 150,000 satisfied customers, we have built a strong reputation providing chimney, roofing, gutter, masonry and related home-improvement services throughout the region.

We are growing our Inside Sales Department and are looking for a motivated, competitive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative who knows how to build trust, identify customer needs, present solutions, overcome objections and close sales.

This is a true sales position for someone who wants to build a career, be rewarded for performance and work with an established company that provides customer opportunities and sales support.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer leads and sales opportunities
• Contact prospective customers by phone and follow up with existing leads
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate home-improvement solutions
• Present estimates, proposals, financing options and service solutions
• Explain the value and benefits of recommended work
• Overcome customer objections professionally
• Ask for and close the sale
• Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet purchased
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales notes
• Work closely with field technicians, inspectors, scheduling and management
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Maintain a professional customer experience from initial contact through sale

• High-ticket consumer sales
• Inbound or outbound phone sales

You do not need chimney experience. We can teach our products and services. We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell, communicate, follow up and close.

Compensation

$75,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential

Compensation consists of salary, commission and incentive structure. Actual earnings depend on individual performance.
