Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (On-site)
Salary: $75,000–$85,000, based on experience

We're seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative to manage existing customer accounts, drive revenue growth through upselling, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and is passionate about growing accounts.

Top Qualifications

• Proven success growing revenue through upselling and expanding existing customer accounts in the food-related industry.
• Strong account management and relationship-building experience with regular client interaction.
• 3–5+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience in food distribution or a related industry.
• High-energy, client-focused communicator with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through consistent communication and relationship building.
• Identify upselling opportunities and introduce new products to increase customer revenue.
• Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and customer meetings when needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Partner with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and order management systems.
• Support outside sales representatives by helping expand existing accounts.

Preferred Experience

• Food distribution, foodservice, hospitality, catering, restaurant groups, or other food-related sales experience.
• Experience using CRM and order management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
