Senior Business Analyst, Product Development

Own and continuously improve core processes including rate setting, renewal rate submissions, and return reporting Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure accurate and timely completion Facilitate discussions and drive follow-through on decisions and action items Identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen, and scale team processes Establish and maintain team processes supporting priorities, commitments, and deadlines Coordinate work across product, actuarial, technology, operations, and business stakeholders Support process improvements and key business initiatives Develop reporting and metrics providing visibility into important work Build relationships across stakeholder groups and drive alignment Maintain documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge-sharing resources Support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities Maintain and improve business tools and reporting processes Partner with technical teammates on analytics, reporting, automation, and process improvements Support testing, documentation, and implementation of enhancements Develop expertise to provide backup support for critical capabilities and business tools Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, financial services, operations, or a related area Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different stakeholder groups Ability to learn new concepts, tools, and processes quickly Comfort working in a quantitative business environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in business analysis and process improvement, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
