Human Resources Manager

Job Description Job Description Provides strategic leadership and oversight for the division’s human resources operations, ensuring HR activities align with organizational goals and business needs.
Establishes, maintains, and executes HR policies, procedures, and programs that support employees and promote consistent practices across the division.
Partners with department leaders to assess current and future staffing needs and develop workforce plans accordingly.
Leads full-cycle recruitment activities for exempt and non-exempt positions, including candidate selection, hiring, onboarding, and employee separation processes.
Develops and facilitates HR-related training and informational sessions for employees and leaders on topics such as policies, workplace practices, and employee development.
Reviews workforce data, trends, and key HR metrics to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to policies, programs, and organizational practices.
Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding employee relations, performance management, corrective action, workplace investigations, organizational changes, and workforce planning.
Collaborates as a member of the division’s leadership team, contributing HR expertise to operational decisions, strategic initiatives, and long-term business planning.
Oversees and coordinates major HR initiatives and processes, including annual compensation and benefits surveys, employee engagement/opinion surveys, and internal HR audits.
Participates in division committees focused on workplace fairness, health and safety, and ergonomics, helping promote a positive, compliant, and safe work environment.
Consults with department managers regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
