What you'll do:Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives.Advise business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent execution of HR practices and compliance with regulations.Lead audits, investigations, and training programs to maintain HR process integrity and address noncompliance.Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze HR and business data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Drive talent management efforts including recruitment, development, mentorship, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values and standards.What you'll bring:Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.Strong experience in leading organizational change management initiatives and advising business leaders on HR implications.Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans.Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions, including managing reports and collaborating cross-functionally.In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations with a focus on compliance.Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability building.Exceptional leadership in fostering ethical standards, integrity, and a positive associate experience. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
