About the team: The SBO Global Ops & Transformation team designs, scales, and continuously enhances the Store Back Office operating model across North America and international markets. The team focuses on operational excellence, process transformation, automation, data-driven decision making, and AI adoption to simplify operations, improve supplier experience, strengthen controls, and increase productivity. Collaborating closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams, the group builds a scalable global platform that supports market expansion, standardization, and long-term value creation. This team emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement to drive impactful results. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
