Citywide IT Support Specialist: Troubleshooter & Liaison
City of Highland Park
City of Highland Park seeks an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for City staff. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecom issues, and assist with onboarding and rollout of new technologies across City departments. You will manage vendor relationships, process invoices and POs, and maintain critical IT records.
