Real Estate - Commercial Leasing Associate

NYC real estate associate (2–4 yrs) wanted for a sophisticated commercial leasing practice. Retail leasing focus, exposure to landlords, tenants, and developers across the market. Our Real Estate Group represents nearly every type of player in the market — landlords, tenants, developers, and property managers — on sophisticated leasing and transactional matters, with particular depth in the complex New York City commercial market, from Class A office towers to national retail. We've earned recognition from Chambers, Legal 500, and Vault across multiple practice areas, including real estate, and we've built that reputation the way we build client relationships: through direct partner involvement and genuinely sophisticated work, not volume. This is a seat on a prominent, well‑regarded real estate team, not a desk buried in a large‑firm associate pool. You'll work on sophisticated commercial retail leasing matters alongside a team experienced across the full range of real estate transactions, representing every type of player in the market from Class A landlords to national retail tenants.
