Leasing Agent - Sky Three (New Lease-Up) Sky Three is South Brooklyn's newest luxury rental development: 499 residences at 532 Neptune Avenue in West Brighton, with over 100,000 sq ft of resort-style amenities including pickleball courts, an outdoor pool, sauna rooms and a fitness club. We're hiring a Leasing Agent to join our on-site team. Working alongside our Leasing Team, you'll help schedule /conduct tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process during the early lease-up phase. Key Responsibilities Respond to rental inquiries in our CRM to qualify and answer prospective renters Schedule and conduct on-site and virtual tours Assist applicants through the leasing process from first contact to lease signing Maintain organized, accurate records in our CRM Support on-site marketing events, open houses, and outreach efforts Coordinate with property management to ensure smooth move-ins Qualifications 0-2 years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills Tech-forward and organized; CRM experience preferred Familiarity with South Brooklyn neighborhoods is a plus NY Real Estate License preferred but not required Must be available to work weekends (Sunday only, office closed Saturday) #J-18808-Ljbffr SKY THREE
