Marketing & Client Outreach Coordinator

Company Description Visual Filmworks is a Chicago-based video production company that creates cinematic, engaging content to help businesses, nonprofits, and brands educate and inspire their audiences. Marketing & Client Outreach Coordinator Part-time, with full-time opportunity based on experience and skillset ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for someone to help grow Visual Filmworks and Bella Tiamo Films through outbound client outreach and relationship building, with content scheduling and social engagement as a supporting part of the role. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable on camera, not afraid to reach out to potential clients, and driven to book new business. WHAT YOU'LL DO Outreach & Sales Weekly outbound outreach through video messages and cold emails Follow up on outreach replies and log new leads Identify and prospect potential new clients Nurture relationships with past clients Join discovery calls as needed Content Batch schedule all platform content at the start of each month across Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile Draft Stories ideas for the month Write and adapt captions for each platform Post Stories twice a week Engage with our audience after posts go live Admin Respond to new leads across email, phone, and social media Provide weekly reports on progress COMPENSATION $15/hr, part-time to start Full-time opportunity based on experience and skillset 2.5–5% commission on booked clients from your outreach WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Not afraid of cold outreach and rejection Local to the Chicagoland area Comfortable on camera for video outreach Organized and self-directed Strong writer who can adapt tone across platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr Visual Filmworks
