Position Summary\n

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge of activated carbon to join our growing team. This role blends business development, technical sales, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in activated carbon applications and a passion for developing practical solutions to customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

Sales & Business Development

\n

• Grow sales through direct customer engagement, account management, and new market development.
\n
• Identify and close opportunities in municipal, industrial, and environmental markets.
\n
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, engineers, and end-users.
\n

\n

\n

Technical Expertise

\n

\n
• Apply knowledge of activated carbon grades, properties, and applications to advise customers.
\n
• Support clients with troubleshooting, product selection, and optimization of treatment systems.
\n
• Collaborate with internal operations, engineering, and R&D teams to meet customer requirements.
\n

\n

\n

Operational & Strategic Contribution

\n

\n
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
\n
• Provide feedback to management on pricing, logistics, and product development.
\n
• Represent Carbon Activated at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
\n

\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• 3+ years of experience with activated carbon in sales, technical support, or applications.
\n
• Strong understanding of adsorption, filtration, and purification processes.
\n
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\n
• Experience with SAP Business One is a bonus
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as needed (25–40%).
\n
