Inbound Sales Consultant

Taking inbound sales calls from small businesses, the full-time Inbound Sales Consultant will identify sales opportunities through consultative conversations, cross-sell additional business supplies, and provide an engaging customer experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Meet monthly performance metrics for revenue, customer experience, and time management Follow a prescribed sales approach to increase average spend and highlight the value of products and services offered Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Required qualifications High School diploma or GED Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or call center environments Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 applications Ability to build rapport with clients and team members Strong problem-solving skills and accountability for actions and results Virtual Vocations Inc
