• Patient Ratios:

  • Day Shift: 5:1, with 6:1 and up to 7:1 stretch

  • Night Shift: Up to 7:1 stretch

• Equipment: Standard Med-Surg equipment

• EMR: Cerner

• 1 Charge RN

• 6 RNs

• 3 CNAs

• 1 HUC

Night Shift

• 1 Charge RN

• 6 RNs

• 2 CNAs

• 1 HUC

Candidate Requirements

Must Have

• NIH certification
• ACLS certification
• BLS

Preferred

• Previous Neuro experience

Typical Procedures

• Foley catheter insertion

• IV starts

Ideal Candidate

• Outgoing

• Self-motivated

• Team-oriented

• Comfortable working in a neuroscience/medical-surgical environment

Required Certifications
