Industry Management Consulting Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an Outsourced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with a strong background in Private Equity to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of core, generalist compliance tasks, and must have a proven track record of working directly with Private Equity firms as clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's clients receive the highest level of compliance support, in line with the firm's commitment to a white-glove experience. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, highly disciplined, and capable of operating in a fully remote, highly productive environment. Responsibilities for the Outsourced CCO include but are not limited to, developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements. The role is highly collaborative, involving close work with senior leaders at the firm, and requires a professional who can handle a variety of compliance tasks with expertise and efficiency. A background in Private Equity is essential, and the company is open to considering in-house candidates or those who have previously functioned as an outsourced CCO at another consulting firm, provided they have the necessary experience with Private Equity clients.
