Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Broker role based in Atlanta, GA. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will source and qualify leads, build and maintain client relationships, and advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing comparative market analyses, touring properties with clients, and coordinating property marketing efforts. The role involves negotiating lease and sale terms, managing transaction timelines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as attorneys, lenders, and property managers. The broker will be expected to maintain accurate documentation, use CRM tools, and represent Badon Commercial Real Estate with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage to guide clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategies. Candidates should possess skills in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation to secure favorable terms and advocate effectively for client interests. Candidates should possess skills in Sales to generate new business, convert leads, and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial transactions. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex real estate concepts clearly. Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and use of real estate databases and CRM systems. Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain), with prior experience in commercial brokerage preferred. Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
