Accountant 5 (External Reporting Manager)

We're partnering with a global leader in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industryan organization whose technology helps power AI, cloud computing, consumer electronics, automotive innovation, and next-generation semiconductor manufacturing worldwide. This is an incredible opportunity to join a highly collaborative finance organization where you'll play a critical role in SEC reporting, financial disclosures, compliance, and executive financial communications for a Fortune 500 global company.

Location: Tualatin, OR (On-Site Flex)

Pay: $79.00-$82.86/hour

Contract: 9-Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week (Overtime may be required during earnings release cycles.)

What You'll Do

Lead external financial reporting activities for a publicly traded multinational company. Prepare and review SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements, and earnings materials. Prepare consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Support SOX 404 controls and disclosure processes. Coordinate external audit activities. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Investor Relations, and executive leadership. Research new accounting standards and drive reporting process improvements.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of public accounting and public company reporting experience. Strong SEC reporting experience. U.S. GAAP expertise. Workiva (Wdesk) proficiency. SAP or another large ERP system. Advanced Excel skills. Big Four experience preferred. CPA or Master's preferred.
