Bilingual Japanese/English Gaming Licensing Coordinator (Entertainment) (CA/YM)

An Entertainment company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Gaming Licensing Coordinator to join their team in Torrance, CA . This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently completing internal administrative tasks related to product licensing and marketing. A bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of licensing or related experience, ERP knowledge, and strong computer skills are required. This is a full-time, in person, non-exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k. Provide and assist with product information necessary for retailers and distributors set up Handle customer service queries by troubleshooting problems and responding to end user questions and claims. Maintain weekly and monthly schedules, organizing and prioritizing tasks as appropriate Perform other business-related duties as requested by direct supervisors to support company operations Assists in managing licensing accounts through product and packaging submissions, product proposals and approvals, royalty reporting and forecasting Translates packaging, manuals, websites, and other materials from Japanese to English Double checks work and ensures accuracy and fluency Checks and edits packaging data for translation accuracy, guideline accuracy, legal accuracy, layout and design accuracy, and other requirements Performs interpretation as needed Participates in meetings with Licensors and compiling minutes from the meeting Compiles and submits accurate royalty reports to licensors in a timely matter Compile sales data and carry out sales analysis, sales forecasting for royalty forecast to licensors in a timely matter Check and prepare product sample submissions for licensing approvals Creating web assets, in-store and catalog assets for retail, and other design work as needed Assists with design concepts and providing visuals for Japan/China office design team Must have a bachelor’s degree Must have 2-3 years of licensing experience Must have strong computer skills Must have ERP knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions
