Front Office Administrator/Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Administrator/Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order materials and supplies via email in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls as needed
- Perform basic office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
- Scan, organize, and upload documents, including within QuickBooks
- Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations
- Maintain organized records and ensure office efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks, including pulling purchase orders (POs) and uploading documents
- Familiarity with Adobe/PDF tools and Excel spreadsheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Work Environment
- Office-based position
- Standard business hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
