The organization values professionalism, customer focus, and long-term business relationships. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Lewisville, TX. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries, issue resolution, and service coordination. Responsibilities include managing orders and shipments, monitoring service performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of transportation solutions. The role will involve preparing quotes, tracking account activity, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. The Account Manager will also maintain accurate records in the CRM system, prepare routine reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proven ability to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, and provide responsive, solutions-oriented service. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines. Comfort working with data, using spreadsheets or CRM tools to track activity, analyze trends, and prepare reports. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams. Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to work on-site in Lewisville, TX, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related area is a plus.
