This role focuses on uncovering new design‑in opportunities, securing socket wins, and converting long‑cycle projects into revenue. What you’ll do Grow revenue across Aerospace & Defense accounts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Identify and develop new design‑in projects and long‑term opportunities Lead the full quote‑to‑close process, ensuring commercial success Work closely with technical teams to secure customer commitment and alignment Enable and support channel partners to expand broad‑market reach Own the regional growth plan with full accountability for pipeline quality and conversion What you’ll bring Degree in Electronics or related field 7+ years’ experience in semiconductor sales or account management Strong track record working with A&D customers , Tier 1s and system integrators Ability to engage confidently with engineering teams and influence technical decisions Strategic, driven, and results‑oriented mindset Location & Travel Home‑based in Germany This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a technical, customer‑driven environment and wants to shape growth in one of the most demanding and innovative market segments.
