Senior Account Manager (M/W/D) - Electronics & Semiconductor Solutions

As a Senior Account Manager for Electronics & Semiconductor Solutions, you will actively shape the growth strategy of our Electronics Group. You will be responsible for both acquiring new customers and developing existing partnerships in Germany, with the perspective of gradually expanding your area of responsibility to Europe. In this key role, you will drive the commercial development of your area and report directly to the Business Manager Electronics. The position can be fully performed remotely.

Your responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a reliable internal stakeholder network – including with the Business Manager, Business Director, and technical sparring partners – to provide early access to all relevant information for business expansion
• Managing the commissioning of new systems including coordination of all technical and organizational interfaces
• Identifying new growth opportunities through commercial and technical strategies to develop our business
• Creating a medium-term plan for order intake and revenue including forecasting, monitoring, and regular performance analyses
• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships in the semiconductor sector to strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales potential
• Developing and implementing programs for new customer acquisition, particularly through the introduction, presentation, and positioning of new products
• Organizing and leading troubleshooting missions including root cause analysis, solution development, and close coordination with internal interfaces.

Your skills and competencies

• In-depth expertise in process and surface technology as well as a degree as a state-certified electroplating technician
• Driver’s license class B
• Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
• Stress-resistant and collaborative personality with high emotional intelligence
• Open, sympathetic, and convincing communicator
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
