Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM for approximately 3-4 weeks

Regular Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong computer skills required
• Excellent typing and data entry abilities

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative, dispatch, call center, or customer service experience required
• Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules

Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Route calls, messages, and emergency notifications according to client protocols
• Transfer calls and document customer interactions accurately
• Monitor business email accounts and route communications appropriately
• Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, filing, faxing, and copying
• Maintain client and customer information confidentiality
• Enter daily reports, charges, and account information into company systems
• Review, edit, and maintain records and documentation
• Restock office supplies, workstations, bathrooms, and kitchen areas
• Remove trash and help maintain a clean work environment
• Attend staff meetings and support operational needs as assigned
