Job Details Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Location: White Oak Manor Charlotte, Charlotte, NC 28211 Employment Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Job Shift: Day Job Category: Registered Nurse White Oak of Charlotte is seeking a motivated RN to fill our Assistant Director of Nursing position. The ADON oversees the nursing department for our skilled nursing facility. We are committed to making a difference in the quality of life for our patients/residents and families. Responsibilities Demonstrate flexible and innovative leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Build professional relationships with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors. Assist in coordinating and managing the overall operation of the nursing department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications Current RN license. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and work well with others. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, preferably in geriatrics. Long‑term care and supervisory experience required. Knowledgeable in the interpretation of Federal, State, and local regulations relating to long‑term care facilities. Benefits Salaried position.
