Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely, the part-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist will process daily accounting transactions, including accounts receivable billing and accounts payable invoice processing, while collaborating closely with the Senior Accountant. Key responsibilities Review and verify purchase orders and check requests for compliance with financial policies Code, enter, and reconcile accounts payable data in the accounting system Facilitate communication between departments and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies Required qualifications High school diploma required; BA/BS in a related field preferred Experience with Infor accounting software preferred Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with MS Outlook and Word Basic accounting knowledge to research and resolve issues Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
