A Few Examples Of Your Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border acquisitions in partnership with our Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team, conducting due diligence, analyzing transaction documents, and following post-close integrations.
• Collaborate with outside counsel to assist with corporate reorganizations and governance matters following acquisitions in Italy and abroad.
• Negotiate, draft, and review primary and ancillary transaction documents.
• Collaborate with our Finance team to manage debt and equity financing and investments, as well as equity plans and instruments
• Seek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of $204,281 in the United States, £112,189 in London, and €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates we assess as possessing exceptional potential and highly unusual achievement, compensation typically ranges from £151,436 to £398,287 in London, €145,430 to €303,108 elsewhere in Europe, and $257,642 to $522,120 in the United States. Compensation varies by location and expected impact. In high-cost markets such as New York City and San Francisco, compensation will generally be toward the upper end of the range, while in other markets it may fall lower within the range. Compensation grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate that experience into greater contributions.

The Selection Process

In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process.
