High Reach Forklift Operator - 2nd Shifts

About the Role We’re looking for skilled and motivated Forklift Operators who know their way around a warehouse and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, safely maneuvering forklifts to load, unload, pick and store products to keep the supply chain efficient and reliable. What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets accurately Assist with manual case picking when directed Prepare products for shipment with accuracy and care Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving Tackle other duties within training and expertise Qualifications 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification Team player who works toward common goals Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and dependable Pay and Schedule Pay Range: $20.28 per hour 2nd Shift A: Mon - Fri, 2:00 - 10:30 pm (shift differential $0.50/hr) 2nd Shift B: Sun - Thu, 2:00 - 10:30 pm (shift differential $0.75/hr) Benefits Competitive compensation package Rapid Paid – hours worked paid out before payday Full health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, PTO, and more Opportunities for advancement in a high‑performance culture that embraces continuous improvement Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity, equity, and an inclusive workplace.
