La Traila Barbecue is building something special, and we’re looking for the right people to be part of it from the ground up.

We’re hiring all kitchen positions — prep cooks, line cooks, pit crew, dishwashers, and kitchen support. If you love the kitchen, respect the craft, and care about the person on the other side of the plate, we want to meet you.
