Survey Manager

Job Tittle: Survey Manager Duration: Fulltime Location: Deerfield Beach, FL. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily scheduling of field survey crews and office support staff. Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, and field crews. Review work orders, proposals, and project requirements to ensure field readiness. Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of survey services. Maintain detailed records of work progress, crew assignments, and equipment use. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of survey operations. Assist with drafting task orders and organizing project files. Position will require the candidate to work both onsite and offsite Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying. Strong knowledge of survey terminology, processes, and documentation. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Trimble Business Center. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and internal teams. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
