In this role, you will operate largely in a remote setting, which is supplemented by our outpatient office in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual meetings to understand the needs and circumstances of each patient, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to the individual goals of each patient.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions via telehealth platforms, aiming to foster community, reduce stigma, and enhance client engagement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during emergencies or acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
