Job Title: Project Coordinator

Virginia, VA Hybrid – onsite and remote Responsibilities

Support basic program coordination activities under close supervision by tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across program teams. Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals. Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates. Monitor and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication. Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers. Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-making. Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directed. Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities. Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Seek feedback and mentorship to build foundational program management skills. Support cross-functional coordination and contribute to team-level planning efforts. Requirements
