Business Process Specialist

Supporting the department's business processes, the full-time Finance Process Specialist will perform data entry, technical, and analytical tasks while collaborating in a cross-functional team environment to implement and maintain business solutions. Key responsibilities Complete daily departmental tasks, auditing work for integrity and resolving discrepancies Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal customers to ensure their requirements are met Participate in the development, design, and measurement of assigned projects, focusing on continuous improvement of customer service quality and efficiency Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred Experience in a shared services environment and/or process improvement preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software preferred
