Design, develop, and support scalable full‑stack enterprise applications. Lead solution architecture initiatives across interconnected systems and services. Drive platform modernization and technical improvement efforts. Design and implement REST APIs and enterprise integrations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technical teams on integrations, SSO, and platform connectivity. Partner with analytics and data science teams to support deployment and operationalization of data models and insights. Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Participate in Agile development, architecture reviews, and technical planning. Technology Environment Core Technologies Node.js React AWS REST APIs JSON SOAP XML WSDL Data & Analytics Snowflake Python Data Warehousing Enterprise Integrations HRIS, ATS, CRM, and ERP platforms Workday, Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar systems Required Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments. Experience with Node.js and React. Deep understanding of API design and integration patterns. Experience with JSON, SOAP, XML, and WSDL‑based integrations. Experience building integrations across multiple business systems. Experience working within AWS‑hosted environments. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting HR technology ecosystems. Experience integrating HRIS, ATS, CRM, or ERP platforms. Experience working alongside Data Science or Analytics teams. Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, and Streamlit. Experience leading platform modernization initiatives. Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
