Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the psychological needs of your clients, creating personalized therapy plans based on their unique situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a wide range of concerns.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that therapy is adapted to fit the needs of different demographics and family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range between $120,000 - $140,000. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome new team members.
