ALS Paramedic MS Transport

As an ALS Paramedic – MS Transport at MedStar Health, you will deliver advanced life support care during 911 responses and interfacility transports across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, manage airways, monitor cardiac status, and provide trauma and medical interventions in dynamic field environments. Working within a patient-first, mission-driven culture, you will collaborate closely with EMTs, nurses, and physicians, ensure safe and timely transport, maintain detailed electronic documentation, and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement.
